The traditional wooden Thai-style rooms give a unique and charming atmosphere. The location, just 500 meters from the beach, is convenient for those looking to relax by the sea. The breakfast options, including both Western and Asian styles, provide a variety of choices to start the day.
No improvements needed, everything was up to par.

The bar serves a nice variety of coffee and tea, and the hotel is conveniently located in front of Swiss Sheep Farm and a 20-minute walk from the train station.

Aroy Restaurant, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. Nice place to stay in Cha-Am, nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our time at the property, THANKS. Hotel had a pool.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and good value for money. I will certainly return there in the future
I thought the American breakfast was not up to the standard of the resort.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was always very nice and helpful, even when I lost my credit card, they were great too assist me. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service available. I also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided each day, as well as the 24-hour availability of hot and cold water at the reception. The hotel's location was perfect, directly in the city but still quiet and surrounded by greenery. It was also near the beach, awesome for easy access to the peaceful nature of the area. The WiFi connection was also reliable.
Nothing, all great.

The Pool
It was noisy at night. The room was small and the breakfast was terrible. I paid 800 a night through Booked.net but could of got it for 700 a night from the actual hotel!!!!

The resort is conveniently located, just a short walk to the lively beach area with its restaurants. It offers a peaceful and charming atmosphere, surrounded by traditional wooden Thai style houses and a beautiful swimming pool. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast is simple but tasty. There are also lots of interesting antiques displayed throughout the resort, giving it a unique and museum-like feel.
The resort could improve in terms of television options, as there are limited English channels available.

the swimming pool was fantastic, well-maintained and right outside the room. the rooms were decent with good ensuite bathrooms. Free Wi-Fi was provided and staff were very friendly.
The resort gets busy with Thai families coming down during weekends and the swimming pool inevitably gets crowded with children, making it difficult to use for exercise. Mosquitoes are present in the rooms and the breakfast was fairly plain.
